Anatomically, it's called the perineum, but the word Mandy is most likely looking for is Taint, ('cos it ain't the vagina and it ain't the anus.) Kudos to Todd for actually having the word vagina in a film!

FYI for you. I attended the Q&A with Todd Haynes at the Outfest. and this part you are talking about Todd told Toni to improvise. So these lines just came off the top of her head.

Not that I doubted you, :) but Tod confirms this in the Blu-ray commentary and he seems as amazed as we are at Toni's ad-libbing.
